Hi, I’m Meghana — a wellbeing coach, who believes deeply in the power of safe spaces and honest conversations.
My background is in psychology, media, and mental health, and I’ve moved between radio studios, classrooms, therapy rooms, and community circles. Through all of it, one thing has stayed constant: my belief that people are resilient, and that healing becomes possible when we feel seen and supported.
I bring together life coaching, counselling principles, and holistic healing practices like Reiki, chakra work, and mindfulness. Every session is a collaboration — grounded in empathy, free of judgment, and tailored to your needs.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about walking alongside you, helping you make sense of things, and supporting you in finding your own way forward.

01. What can I expect from a session with you?
Sessions are gentle, grounded, and tailored to what you need that day. We talk, explore, and work with what’s present for you. Depending on the session, we may include:

02. Do I have to do Reiki or chakra balancing? Can I choose coaching only?
Absolutely.
You always choose the kind of support you want. If you prefer coaching-only sessions, we’ll stay focused on conversation, clarity, emotional regulation, and self-awareness tools.
Energy work is completely optional and only included if you ask for it.

03. Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions in Dubai and online sessions for clients anywhere in the world.
Distance Reiki is also effective and can be included if you choose.
For reiki, chakra balancing and sound healing, I also offer home visits but this is specifically only for women.
